Warranty
We care about the quality of our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in excellent condition.
However, it may happen that an order gets damaged during shipping or that another issue occurs which allows you to claim warranty.
According to the law, you are required to inform us about the defect within two months after you discover it. If the issue falls within the warranty conditions, we will take care of a repair or replacement free of charge.
We call this our Make Service. This service applies up to 6 months after the purchase date. For example, if a wooden ring breaks during normal use or if a knot becomes loose during inspection, we will repair it for you at no cost.

Complaints
If you have a complaint, we recommend contacting us first by sending an email to info@formulachewies.com. We will do our best to find a solution together.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through the WebwinkelKeur Foundation.
Since 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it through this European Union platform.
