Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with the products you received, you are able to return them.

If you have a complaint about a product you received, please let us know. We are happy to look into it and see if we can resolve the issue in another way.

The following rules apply:

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the product (right of withdrawal).

Within these 14 days, please inform us if you would like to return one or more items. You can do this by using our return form or by sending the completed email format (click). Providing a reason is not required, but we do appreciate your feedback so we can improve our service in the future.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation along with the return address. From that moment, you have another 14 days to send the package back to us.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories that were supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the item or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we may charge a reduction in value. Please handle the product carefully and make sure it is properly packed when returning it. For hygiene reasons, the product must not have been used.

Personalized Chewies and Clips, where you enter a name yourself, cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the size of the package being returned. For a letterbox package the cost is €3.95, and for a parcel shipment within the Netherlands the cost is €6.95. Different shipping rates may apply for returns from other countries.

Once we have received your return and confirmed that it is in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the order within 14 days.

If the product arrives in a damaged or non-original condition, we will still accept the return, but the cost of the damage may be deducted from the refund amount.

If you return only part of your order and keep the rest, you will receive a refund only for the returned item(s). If the entire order is returned, the original shipping costs will also be refunded.
