Can I put special characters (dashes, umlauts) on personalized Chewies with silicone beads?
Unfortunately, this is not possible with personalized Chewies made with silicone beads. However, with the Engraved Name Chewies, you can use characters such as umlauts and dashes. You can indicate these when entering the name. If you want a pacifier clip with special characters, you can choose a engraved pacifier clip.
Order
I placed an order with a name/note, but I don’t see it in the confirmation. Is everything okay?
Yes, everything you enter in the name and note fields is visible to us in your order. It is (currently) not possible to include this in the confirmation email, but rest assured, your awesome order will be processed correctly!
Will I receive a packing slip with my order?
Yes, the packing slip for your order will be sent via email. If you haven’t received it, please contact info@chewiesandmore.com.
Can I send my order as a gift?
When ordering an item, you can indicate if you want to add a handwritten card. We can then send your beautiful (baby) gift directly to the recipient! So if you’re unable to deliver the gift yourself, we’ll happily do it for you. This way, you’ll create the cutest personalized mailbox gift ever! The proud parents will be very grateful ;) Of course, we will not include the packing slip with the gift.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! You can choose this option when placing your order in your shopping cart. Select “pickup by appointment.” This is completely free! Once your order is ready, we will email or text you to schedule a pickup appointment, including the pickup address. Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00.

What are your shipping times and costs?
If you order on business days, PostNL usually delivers your package within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been handed over to PostNL, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code.
- For mailbox packages (fits through the mailbox), shipping costs €3.95, and you will receive a Track & Trace.
- For packages that don’t fit through the mailbox, shipping costs €6.95.
- Orders over €45 are shipped for free!
We process and ship your order within 2 business days. PostNL usually delivers your package within 1–2 business days. If you need your order by a specific day or date, please contact us by WhatsApp or email, and we will see if it’s possible.
What is the shipping time for the Engraved Name Chewies?
The delivery time for Engraved Name Chewies is longer than for regular Chewies or engraved clips, as they are made to order by the Chewies team. The delivery time is up to 10 business days until shipment.
What is the shipping time for Ella Ama?
If the Ella Ama item is in stock, orders placed today are shipped the next day! If the item is out of stock, the delivery time is up to 10 business days. This is because the items are made to order.
How does shipping to Belgium and Germany work?
For packages shipped to Belgium and Germany, shipping costs €7.95. You will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package. PostNL usually delivers within 2–3 business days.
I ordered a gift card. When will I receive it?
Would you like to give a gift card? We can do that! We will send it the next business day, packaged and ready to give. If you prefer to receive the code by email, choose “pickup in Zwolle” in your shopping cart, and you will receive the voucher code via email the next business day.
